Just completed a 4-week run of a world-premiere musical theater production, Mrs. Parker, Mr. Porter. Produced by Stage North theater company and written by Twin Cities theater mainstay Peter Moore, the piece explores the amazing music of Cole Porter and the wit of immortal writer Dorothy Parker, in a fictional meeting of the two at a cocktail party. Performed by a super-talented 6-person ensemble at Open Book in downtown Mpls., it was a joy to be part of. Read the review here.
